What are your business hours?

TUESDAY- Friday from 11 am -6 pm. We do not provide services on the weekends and holidays. Business days are not including the weekend. no communication will be conducted outside of business hours.

What is the best way to get in contact?

All communication is conducted through email. To prevent any discrepancies, it’s best to keep a paper trail of all dialogue between the client and the designer. please allow 24-48 hours for a response to your inquiry.

what files do I receive?

you will receive the png transparent file, pdf, and jpeg of your finalized project that will be sent to your email used to submit your request.

What if I am not satisfied with my overall design?

NO WORRIES, Once your first draft is sent, we offer THREE (3) free revisions. If you are unsatisfied with the design following the first THREE revisions, there is a fee starting at $20 for each new change (fee varies on design). Unfortunately, once a project has been started there are no refunds under any circumstances. Please read over our terms and conditions prior to making your purchase.

What is your turnaround time?

turnaround times vary based on the project and client. LISTED BELOW ARE TYPICAL TURNAROUND TIMES BASED ON THE PROJECT, HOWEVER, YOUR TURNAROUND CAN BE SHORTER OR LONGER DEPENDING ON THE COMPLEXITY, SIZE OF THE PROJECT, AND OUR COMMUNICATION. clIENTS ARE INFORMED OF WHAT TO EXPECT BASED ON ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED TO THE DESIGNER FROM THE CLIENT:

CAN I SEE A DESIGN BEFORE PURCHASING?

ALL DESIGNS MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO viewing a proof. WE DO NOT ALLOW OUR CLIENTS TO VIEW WORK prior to COMPLETION OF A PROJECT. ONCE THE PROJECT IS COMPLETED WE THEN OFFER three (3) FREE REVISIONS. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO VIEW OUR work and schedule a brand discovery call BEFORE PURCHASING A DESIGN TO ENSURE OUR STYLE AND WORK ARE SUITABLE FOR YOUR PROJECT.

I NEED MY DESIGN on the fly, DO YOU OFFER RUSH ORDERS?

WE UNDERSTAND OUR CLIENTS MAY NEED A DESIGN quickly. depending on our production schedule we usually can accommodate, however, rush fees range between $50-$100 for graphics and web development rush fees range between $200-$500.

This is not to be mistaken with rush shipping/delivery for print services. RUSH SHIPPING/DELIVERY COSTS WILL VARY BASED ON PRINTING SERVICES.

WHAT IS YOUR REVISION POLICY?

EACH CLIENT RECEIVES three (3) FREE REVISIONS WITH EACH DESIGN PURCHASED. aFTER THE third REVISION, you will be required to purchase a revision fee starting at $20. revision tURNAROUND times ON REVISIONS will vary per design.

what is your refund policy?

by the client Due to the nature our services, we do not refund under any circumstance. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is terminated, all transactions paid are retained by agrafx and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid.

If you would like to terminate your project please refer to your signed contract and send us a termination email. 

All digital files are non-refundable.

am I allowed to transfer or swap services?

design(s) cannot be transferred from one service to another (or from person to person) once we have started working. for example, if our design specialist has conducted work on a logo and you decide that you no longer want the logo but would like to apply the credit to another design, we will not do that. However, if we have not yet started working on your purchased design yet, and you decide that you would like to switch services, then we can definitely do that for you (just let us know asap).

what is your cancellation policy?

We cannot refund you for any work that has already been started.
